Dysarthria is a disorder characterized by difficulty speaking properly because of the paralysis of the muscles used for speaking. Dysarthria is often marked by irregular speak or difficulty speaking contrary.
Common causes of dysarthria include stroke, brain injury, brain tumor, a condition that causes facial paralysis or weakness, and degenerative disorders. Dysarthria can also be caused by certain drugs, such as sedatives or narcotics.
Conditions that can lead to dysarthria include:

- Huntington's disease
- Parkinson's Disease
- Wilson Disease
Symptoms:
Signs and symptoms of dysarthria vary, depending on the underlying causes. Symptoms include:
- Talk digress

- Muscle tongue and facial muscles moving difficult
- Abnormal voice
Maintenance:

If the disorder difficult to be cured, the pathologist may recommend other methods of communication such as sign language, movement, alphabet boards or electronic equipment to help people communicate more efficiently.
